A consistent scoring scale Customer responses are converted to a common 0–10 scoring scale, allowing ratings to be compared consistently between different car rental companies and locations.

Verified customer responses Ratings are based on feedback from customers who have completed their rental. Where applicable, we display the number of verified responses and the period covered by the rating alongside the score.

Unfavourable feedback is not removed We do not exclude genuine feedback simply because it is negative or reflects a poor experience. Moderation may only be necessary where content appears to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading or irrelevant.
